You Need:
2 (or more) Empty Bottles

To Do:
Step 1: Go to a beggar (one in kakariko village other in hyrule marketplace)(i used the one in kakariko).
Step 2: Have 2 empty bottles with a bug in each (have one set on a c button) and sell one to the begger for 50 rupees.
Step 3: Empty the second bottle with bugs in it and 3 bugs will come out. scoop 1 with each empty bottle.
step 4: Repeat this process.
