when you are an adult u go back to the place you start of at go to this hole it looks like a hollow tree you enter it dont go in some gaps only go close because if black you go back out to the tree trunk but if starting to be clear go through it then you get to maze watch out for gaurds if you find ladders to go on top of the maze (ladders at end of maze) there is a hole with loads of fairys if you have empty bottle i recomend you get them then go back down the ladders and go up stairs and there are things that spit seeds at you block them with your sheild to kill them you need to hit them back with there own seeds after that you find zara who will teach u zaras melody(the forest melody)

all you have to do is go to the end of the sacred forest meadow where you met saria when you were ten. shiek will take it from there.
