how do i blow up the big headed rock on outset island and what does it do... ... ..... ....??? ??? ..

You don't blow it up. f you reached a certain point in the game, where you're collecting
the triforce, you should have an item that allows you to pick up heavy objects, if not im
thinking of ocarina of time right now, and i don't think i am
