how do you open the door to the cathedral? there are two ways i kno that (circle and square) but how? it feels like ive been evrywhere. i neeed help plz!!!

After purifying the inmortal grab the coffin and go to the three switches.Put the
coffin on one, the wooden crate on the other, and stand in the last one and the middle
lattice
door will open,inside are a Bok and a Zombie,kill them, get the key from the blue chest
and get three weapons from the green chests behind the blue one.
