MAKE SURE YOU ARE IN EXTRA MODE!! The 6-star Dragon Ball is located in the Red Ribbon's Base---which is also the home of the 5-star Dragon Ball. The 6-star Dragon Ball is near the end of the level, before you enter the giant door(where you fight the boss). Try looking for one of those Power Pole Jumping areas(the red spot on the ground that says to push the up button and A) - which means it is on the ground. Don't go looking for it on the bridges and it ISN'T in a warp door(in a house).
