save before fighting cell and dont save after beating cell or you'll never go in...

yes you can


after beating cell,you have to get your level to 50 and all your stats to 100 to be
acesable to super sayin rage.(after doing what i described, go ssj then the z will be red
so press it again to go ss rage so they say.)
