To find it go to underworld go to the Castle go to Armory and Weapons there will be

a door in the middle just go to the middle and you will trasfer in to the Sicret

Pub House and go to the little crack go there and you will see a ladder step in there

and you will transfer in the 1991 Dev..Office......
