ATTENTION: You must have the cheat mode activated!

Get in any car and drive into a body of water. Just as you hit the water, activate the Health Cheat. When you drive out of the water, you'll be invisible, but everybody can still see you. When you get back in the water, you'll have to do the cheat again.
