How can I defeat the Elite Four without using any items and my Pokemons are Lv.70 below???

This is for harvest moon but i can answer ur question


Well if u can bring healing stuff.... bring ur best of each kind unless they are lower
than 20..... U go in and for exsample if its the bug person switch ur pokemon so that
the fire one is first the battle....

the best way is to get those yellow looking patchs that brings back fainted pokemon
