It's kinda hard

Occasionally you will receive a letter in your mailbox that congratulates you on winning
the lottery. The prize you win is Van's Favorite Thing, which looks like a bottle of wine.
You can sell it to Won, store it in your bookshelf, or give it to Van when he's in town.
You will win the lottery every so often and you'll be able to collect multiple bottles of
Van's Favorite Thing.

If you give one of his favorite things to him, Van will give you the chance to buy an
extra special item from him. The 6 items he offers will change when you buy the previous
one and each one costs at least 1 million G! If you give Van one of his bottles and he
doesn't have a special item available, he'll offer to let you buy back the bottle! Just
save before giving Van the item to prevent that from happening.
