It's really easy! Won lives on the beach with Zach, beside Kai's store. To sell things to
Won, you have to become friends with him. I think you also have to ship 200 items in your
shipping bin. Once you can sell him stuff, take Van's Favourite out of your rucksack and
show it to Won infront of his counter. Say you want to sell it. Won will buy it from you
for I think around 48,000G - 58,000G!!!

You receive van's favorite from the mail randomly (it's a wine) and as another tip the
fastest way to get Won to become your friend is to give him PLENTY of GOLD ORE as a
gift.... give it to him, DON'T SELL it to him. Hope this helped :)
