Normally he should help you, but since you didn't say if he refuses you or just doesn't
accept the work you try to give him i can't really help you. If you can ask him to do a
job but he never starts to work, it might be because you are short on money or lumber. If
you ask him to build you something you have to pay a certain amount of money. If you don't
have enough lumber, you'll have to pay for that as well, which might be too much for your
budget.
