1. SECRET CHARACTERS
========================================================================
Smeagol (Gollum): Finish the game with two characters.
Sam: As far as I know Sam (and ancient artifacts) can only be unlocked
with GameCube link.
- Secret characters are only available for playing bonus maps.
- You'll get to play as Sam for a while in Frodo's quest.

2. BONUS MAPS

Helms Deep: Finish the game once.
Moria: Kill 2000 enemies with one character.
Fanghorn: Finish the game with all 6 main characters.
Weathertop: Collect all artifacts.

3. ARTIFACTS

- You can see your current location at the savegame screen after saving.

1. There and Back Again

Character: Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli
Location: Anduin River - Corsair Camp
How to get it:
1. Do the locate missing brother quest.
2. Head towards the beginning of the map with the locked building.
Rescue man near the building from corsairs.
3. Go through the now unlocked building.
4. There and Back Again can be found in one of the barrels near the boy.
2. Galadriel's Lock
-------------------
Character: Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli, Gandalf
Location: Ithilien - North
How to get it:
1. Find a tree with lots of butterflies in it. Southeast corner of the
map, near the exit.
2. Walk towards the tree to drive butterflies away. Then follow them to
tree in northeast corner of the map.
3. Galadriel's lock is on the ground near that tree.
3. Saruman's Palantir
---------------------
Character: Gandalf
Location: Isengard - Orthanc
How to get it:
1. It's in the chest in the room where you fight Saruman.
2. Take it before you defeat Saruman. After Saruman is defeated game
skips to next level and you can't go back to get it.
4. Feather of Gwaihir
---------------------
Character: Gandalf
Location: Pelennor Fields - Fork
How to get it:
1. Take either northwest or northeast exit and go light up one beacon.
2. Return to Fork map and backtrack all the way to the beginning of the
map (=southwest corner of the map).
3. You should see Gwaihir fly away and leave the Feather of Gwaihir to
the ground.
5. Simbelmyne

Character: Eowyn
Location: Dunharrow - River Crossing
How to get it:
1. When cross the river camera pans to show you horde of orcs.
2. Simbelmyne is just below the small pond in the valley with the orcs.
6. Witch King's Crown
---------------------
Character: Eowyn
Location: Pelennor Battle - Witch King
How to get it: It appears next to Theoden after Witch King's death.
7. Shelob's Stinger
-------------------
Character: Frodo (Sam)
Location: Cirith Ungol - Ambush
How to get it: It appears next to Frodo after Shelob's death.
1. You won't get to fight Shelob immediately after you see it for the
first time, you'll have to chase it through multiple maps.
8. Deagol's skull
-----------------
Character: Frodo
Location: Mt Doom - Slopes of Mt Doom
How to get it:
1. Kill the banner orc on the hill. Don't break the barrel at the bottom
of the stairs leading to banner orc, it will set the stairs on fire.
2. From start go right until you find chest and Smeagol.
3. Deagol's skull is in the chest.

Version 0.7
- First version. Finished the game with Aragorn, Eowyn, Gandalf &
Frodo. Verified locations of all artifacts. Smeagol, Helms Deep,
Moria & Weathertop unlocked. Not sure about method of unlocking
Moria though.
Version 1.0
- Finished game with all 6 characters. All bonus maps & Smeagol
unlocked. Got the real way to unlock Moria thx to zephyrmaster.
- Two new unique items.
