waluigi first appeared in a n64 game i think it was mario tennis
daisy appeares in super mario land (1989 where mario had to rescue daisy instead of peach.

Waluigi was not created when this game was released. He premiered for mario kart in double
dash for gamecube. You can't unlock him at all. He doesn't exist in this game. You get the
picture.

if you dont belive me, then search mario kart on wikipedia, there is a list of all
characters that have appeared on a mario kart game, and it also has every mario kart game
ever(EVEN THE ARCADE ONES),and it it is gray if it is playable in that game and in super
circuit it is gray for waluigi. it tells you how to unlock him.
