You can only be Waluigi with the action replay


The reason he's not in MK:SC is because he (and Daisy) were not made yet.They got made for
MK:DD!!

waluigi first appeared in a n64 game i think it was mario tennis
daisy appeares in super mario land (1989 where mario had to rescue daisy instead of peach.
