The trick to using those chips is to use itt against an enemy that is of the same element
of the anti chips.Do not understand?Example:You are fighting Magnetman and you have 1 hp
left.He is about to deliver his finishing blow as he has only 100 hp left.When you open up
the custom screen and see anti electricity there,it means that your life is
saved.Why?Because once you use a anti elec chip,you can counter electrical attacks for one
time.So the moment Magnetman launches his finisher,your anti chip will stop time and
finish him off with an electrical attack and PRONTO!you've won!
NOTE:You have to activate the chip first.
