Rules:
There are four rules that must be followed when placing Program Parts in the Navi
Customizer. They are as follows:
1. Program Blocks of the same color cannot touch be adjacent to each other.
2. No more than four different colors of Program Blocks can be on the grid.
3. Not-textured Program Parts (also known as Ability Parts, as they grant you special
abilities) need to have a part of them
on the Program Line.
4. Textured Program Parts (also known as Plus Parts or Upgrade Parts, as they increase
stats) cannot have a part of them on
the Program Line.

Spin Programs and Exp Memory:
Spin Programs allow you to rotate blocks of the corresponding colors in the Customizer.
They are items, and do not require
being placed in the Customizer.

Exp Memory increases the grid space of the Navi Customizer, allowing you to place more
Program Blocks. There are two, one
increasing the width of the Navi Customizer by 1 space, and one increasing the height of
the Navi Customizer by 1 space.
These are extremely useful, so get them as soon as you can.

Bugs:
If the rules are not followed, a bug can occur. A bug causes an undesired (or desired,
depending on your intentions) error in
Mega Man's programming, affecting him while in Battle. If when selecting "Run!" at the
Navi Customizer Mega Man has a delayed
response and some graphical errors are displayed over him, you may have caused a bug.
Check the Navi Customizer and fix the
errors made if this happens (only if you want them fixed; some bugs can cause some effects
that may be useful to you). The
bugs that occur are not random; they are determined by which Program Blocks have caused
the error. The more Program
Blocks of a certain kind (will be shown in next portion of info, the list of bugs) that
have caused an error, the more
intense the effect. Most bugs have three levels of error intensity, but some have less.
Also, some Program Blocks cause bugs
no matter where you place them. BugStop is your friend.
