- Version History -
1.1 (Jun 12, 2005) - Missed out the Oran Island 3 Shop, so I put it in >_>.
(Thanks to Omega Z for pointing it out)
1.0 (Feb 11, 2005) - Listed all shops/All sections completed. Just need to
double-check a little bit of stuff.
This FAQ rightfully belongs to me - The Dark Unknown. Please do not plagerise.
If you're going to place any part of this FAQ anywhere but the following sites:
GameFAQs (GameFAQs.com) and Neoseeker (Neoseeker.com), then please ask for my
permission and give proper credit.
Assuming you're not going to plagerise...
Do Shop Lists even need introductions? o.o
Anywho, shops are in every RPG. You buy stuff from them (omgreli???)
All this FAQ does is lists all of the Chip, SubChip and Navi Customizer Program
Shops throughout the game...in TABLES :>. Quick reference guide, I guess.
Moving on...
\ _ _ /

_ Section 1 - A Guide to this Guide (=o) [SCT1]
^ Please Read This Section. ^

\ _ _ /
}-|_- Section 1 - A Guide to This Guide -_|-{
/ \
[SCT1]
This Guide is simple to use, but for the no-brainers, a guide would be nice.
It's very simple.
\----------------------------------------------------------/
| 1 [ 2 ] 3 |
|----------------------------------------------------------|
| Scenario# | Chip # | Chip Name | # | Price |
|-----------|--------|-------------------|-----|-----------|
| | | | | |
| | | | | |
| | | | | |
| 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 |
| | | | | |
| | | | | |
| | | | | |
| | | | | |
/----------------------------------------------------------\
1 - The location of the shop is listed (This is usually ____ Area _ or Vending
Machine or something along those lines). I'm not going to tell you how to
get to the shop, I'm just here to tell you where it is.
2 - This little bit tells you whether the shop is in the Real World or the
Internet World so that you don't spend hours looking for the 'Oran Island
1 Shop' in the Real World.
[RW] means it's in the Real World
[IW] means it's in the Internet World
3 - This tells you what type of person/Navi acts as the Merchant for the shop.
For Internet World shops, this comes in the form of [_/_], where the _ are
not blank >_>
For the first blank [_/ ], it is either:
G - Green Generic Navi
P - Purple Generic Navi
O - Orange/Blue Generic Navi
H - Heel (Undernet) Navi
- PLEASE ~note~ that I have NOT confirmed any/all of the Navis for each shop -
If you didn't read this section, too bad >_>. I'll have it fixed up.
And the second one [ /_] is either:
C - Counter. The Navi is behind a counter
N - The Navi is not behind a counter
4 - Scenario # - this tells you which scenario the said item is first available
from the shop (In most cases, the scenario # tells you when the shop is
accesssable)
5 - Chip # - You have to refer to a Guide for the full list of chips, but this
eases chip searching. All of the chips have a number in the Library, and it
is also listed here.
The normal format is _---, where the _ is a letter and the - are numbers.
On the _, if it is a:
S - Standard Chip
M - MegaChip
G - GigaChip (But the -next- two numbers will either be BL or CO for Team
of Blues and Team of Colonel. The last number is for the
Library #)
And the numbers would be the number given to the chip in the Library (But
as mentioned above, is different for the Gigachips)
6 - Chip Name - What it says -.-
7 - The number of chips the shop has in stock - if it's numerical, the shop
has that many chips in stock (And buying all of them means the shop is out
of that chip forever -.-). If it says Inf, that means they have unlimited
quantities of that chip (Woahmg o.o)
8 - Price - how much of your precious monays you fork over for one of that item
and this differs with each item/shop. The currency may change to BugFrags -
BF means it's BugFrags, and Z means Zennys.
Please read it? You'll need it.

}-|_- Section 2 - BattleChip Shops -_|-{
/ \
[SCT2]
This section includes all of the shops that sell BattleChips EXCEPT these:
- BugFrag Trade Points (Trading BugFrags for Chips - See [SCT4])
- Higsby's Shop (See [SCT5])
Refer to [SCT1] - A Guide to this Guide - for using this list. I told you to
read it -.-
