I have 198 chips need help


I need water dragon and supervulcan. Where can i find them and for super vulcan is there any other way other than beating the 5th virus battler

you have to beat the 5th virus battler to get the supervulcan and the Aqua Dragon is in
the graveyard. you'll have a good chance if you have the program collect to get the chip
