Yes, you guys should thank THUGTHAWSK8R for reminding me to
make this guide, me for making the 35 Requests and thanking
GregarCross617 for making them.
Now that we've cleared the game, you're stuck with that annoying panic
music playing endlessly in the field screen. As for me, I found a way
to continue the game without panic music. I didn't use any cheats :)
It really sucks...for you that is.
All right, if you do all the requests mentioned above, you'll be able to
receive Battle Chips you don't have yet, Navi Customizer programs,
and a huge amount of Zenny.
Ok, Here's what you gotta do. To the right of the Mr. Prog in Asterland
chip shop is a Request BBS. When you examine the BBS, you'll see a
list of requests.
There are rules for the Request BBS. At first you will start with a rank:
"Rank C". With your current rank, you can only do requests with 1 star
only.
Shown below are the ranks and what rank you need in order to do a
request with a certain amount of stars:
- If your current rank is "Rank C", you can only do requests with 1 star.
- If your current rank is "Rank B", you can do requests with 2 stars or
below.
- If your current rank is "Rank A", you can do requests with 3 stars or
below.
- If your current rank is "Rank S", you can do requests with 4 stars or
below (basically, you can do all requests).
To change your rank, you have to complete a certain amount of
requests. When you complete a request, you receive a Request point
depending on how many stars there is on the request you completed.
Example: If you complete a request with 1 star, you'll get 1 request
point; If 2 stars, you get 2 request points.
There is a certain amount of Request points needed to raise your rank.
Like, if you want to raise your rank from "Rank C" to "Rank B", you will
need 10 Request points. If you complete all the requests, your rank
becomes "Master Rank".
To start doing requests, you'll need to start at the bottom of the Request
list in your game.

Go to Classroom 6-2 and talk to the girl who requested this task.
"Please! Take care of the virus for me!! If my teacher finds out, he's
going to OWN me!"
Go over to the blackboard, Jack in, and walk forward. There are four
Mettaurs in the blackboard, find them, delete them, and Jack out. Go
back to the Requester. She will thank you.

Go over to the front of the school and you will see an old lady. She says
that she lost a pocket remembrance of her husband. Go and talk to the
tree that is between your house and your neighbors house. You got the
pocket. Now head over to the requestor.

Request 3: Errand Request

Run over to the school's Teacher's Lounge. Talk with the guy in the lab
coat, he'll give us 3000 Zenny. No, you can't go blow it on Battle Chips!
Get with the program here! Jack into the Net from the location of your
choice and then get your tail over to Seaside Area1. Hit the bottom warp
to get to some computer we might've been at before, I'm not real sure.
If there's stuff there, grab it. Then talk to the pink navi, give the 3000
Zenny and get something in return.
Take whatever it is back to the lab coat teacher and we'll wind up with
a Notebook. Check the Notebook in your Key Items to get a Number
Trader code.

Go to the Foyer Room of Cyber Academy and Jack into the big monitor
there. Talk to the Net Cop, then go back to AsterLand's entrance and
talk to the squirt in front of the Robodog. After the conversation ends,
jack into the dog, talk to the punk and fight the viruses. Jack out, talk to
the squirt again, then go back to our requestor for our reward.

Head over to the computer in the Teacher's Lounge where we fought
Blastman. Over in the northwest corner you'll see a Normal navi. He
needs a loan. You get 10 times your investment back.

Request 7: Get The Chip!

Rating: 1 star
Go over to Seaside Area3 and track down the guy selling chips and
such. There's an Aqua navi standing beside him, he's the one we want
to talk to. He is looking for a Battle chip: Doll Thunder A chip, because it
is his operator's favorite chip. If he doesn't have it, his operator will
abandon him.
Give the chip to him and he will thank you so much that he won't forget
you.

Request 8: Stock Up!

Head over to Seaside Town and enter the Aquarium. Find the chubby
kid and talk to him. He wants us to order food for him online.
Well, we gotta get some fish for the kid, so run over to that
green panel next to the door to the Marine Show and Jack in. Get over
to Seaside Area1 and drop down to the lower blue area. You'll see a
couple of navis down there.
Each one sells stuff for different prices. We've got to pick out an
assortment of food for kid that doesn't go over 10,000 Zenny. Here's
the food you’ll need:
Food: Tuna, Eel, Salmon, Herring, Shrimp, Yellowtail, Urchin, and
Snapper

Request 9: Stand In Recruit

Jack into Seaside HP, make your way over to the north corner and we
come across a film crew... Seems that their star is not here and they
want us to fill in.
Talk to the Director (brown navi), then talk to the Punk navi.
Filming starts and Megaman forgets his lines. Lend him a hand by
picking these options:

Request 10: Penguins Ran Away

Time for some PENGUIN CAPTURE!
Go to the Seaside Aquarium and drop by the Piranha tank. Talk to the
guy there and then let's go capture some penguins.
Your first penguin is where the Aquarium Dolphin and Seal show takes
place, right outside the room where we fought Diveman. The second
one is just south of the mermaid statue in Seaside Town.
Next up is one in Classroom 6-2, trying to learn? Followed up by one in
Asterland (since when does a penguin go and buy Battle chips?). The
final Penguin is inside... Lan's bathroom!
Go back to the guy and get your reward.

Request 11: Daughter Worry

Rating: 1 star
Head over to Green Town and head down to the last cut off Tree
Stump. Talk to the guy who's standing on it. Seems he's worried about
his daughter, who's off on a net date.
Well, Jack in somewhere and get over to Seaside Area1. Hit the top
warp to get to that lower blue area and go to the northeast corner.
Talk to the Punk navi and Megaman will think he's doing the same thing
as what you're doing. Then, Megaman finds out that the Punk navi is a
real bad guy. Beat him and go back to the guy in the brown suit for our
reward.

Request 12: Stop Him!

Rating: 1 star
Head to Green Town and go to the Courtroom. Talk to the girl, then go
to Green HP. Head to Green Area1. Skip the first warp panel and go to
the second one. Then, go to the nearest warp panel. You will see a
NetPolice guy.
Talk to him, and select "Try me!". You will do a five-in-a-row virus battle.
After the cutscene, go back to the girl, and get your reward.

Request 13: Loan Collection

Rating: 1 star
Go to Green Town and Jack into Green HP. Talk to the brown navi, then
go to Central Area2. Go find a red Punk navi near the shop. Talk to him,
say yes, and beat him up. Talk to the Normal navi who appears after
you do, and then go to Seaside Area3. Beat up the Punk navi again,
and we'll get some money.
Reward: 5000 Zenny

Request 14: Lumber Merchant

Rating: 2 stars
Get to Green Area 2 and work your way around to that giant tree in the
center of the area.
Talk to the Brown navi and he'll give you an Axe. From here, go to
Seaside Area3 and head for the Healing Water that we got to restore
Megaman from. Along the way, we'll come across a bucket of water. A
program will pop out of the bucket and then will say a speech. Once
that's done, go back to Green Area2, give the Axe back to the Brown
navi and we're done.

Request 15: Time Capsule

Head over to Green Town and pay a visit to the tree stump next to the
Sub chip dealer. Talk to the requestor there and then Jack into Green
HP.
Go to Green Area2, and go to that big tree again. Examine the two trees
to the north of it to get the capsule. Take it back to the requestor and
we're done.

Go to the 1F Hallway in Cyber Academy and talk to Generic Chubby Kid.
Jack into the net and go to Seaside HP, from there, go straight down to
find the Punk navi. Talk to him. He claims he has the law on his side.
We'll just have to do something about that. Go to Green Town. Go up to
the courtroom and talk to the guy in the brown suit.
Go back to Seaside and check up on the punk. Then back to the
requestor and get your reward.

Request 17: Find The Virus!

Go to the LevBus station and talk to... Mr. Famous!
Our first virus is in the RoboDog just outside of Asterland. Up next
we've got one hiding in the Foyer's main monitor in Cyber Academy's
lobby. The next one is inside of that green screen at the top right wall of
the Teacher's Room of Cyber Academy. Now go to Seaside Town and
jack into the Water Machine for our fourth virus. The fifth is inside the
popcorn stand back where Lan and Mick watched the marine show.

Request 18: Got a Problem.

Head over to Seaside Town and run past the receptionist's desk and go
to that area where we had to find the seal's ball. Talk to the lady in the
blue clothes. From there, go to school and drop by classroom 6-2. Talk
to the fat kid and you'll receive french fries...
Take the fries back to the lady in Seaside Town and collect our reward.

Race over to Sky Area's Net Cafe. Talk to the Aqua navi on the north of
the area select the following options:

Get over to the Sky Area Net Cafe and talk to the Pink navi. Then, go to
the exit to Undernet2. Talk to the Punk navi there and then you'll be

Request 22: Get The Bad Guy

Go southeast of the LevBus station and talk to the lady in the blue
clothes.
Jack in from home and head out into Central Area. Our first victim-, er,
Punk navi is over near the WWW gate. Our next Punk navi is on that
branching path to the left of the Net Cafe. Now go over to Central Area2
and the next Punk navi is next to the regular harmless Punk navi. Head
up to Central Area3. Just past the entrance to the Underground lies our
next victim-, er, Punk navi and the last one is to the right of the Cybeast
statues.
Report back to the requestor.

Request 23: Update Help

Anyways, go to the Aquarium Turtle tank and talk to the Scilab guy there.
Now go down to the Control Room and jack into the main computer, it's
that place where we had to do the mini-game for Diveman's scenerio.
The first Mr. Prog is right in front of you after you jack in. The next one is
just past the entrance to Area 2. And your last Mr. Prog is hiding out in
the exact same spot as where we defeated Diveman. Talk to them all
then report back to the Scilab guy.
The Scilab guy finds out that the programs are bad so he gives you the
latest version of the program.
(This is where the panic music comes in handy)
Go back to the control room and jack into the main computer. The first
Mr. Prog is to the northeast of the ramp that goes down into the 'sea'.
Talk to him then go to the second area and hit the warp point. Go down
into the 'sea' again and go straight northwest to find the second Mr.
Prog. Now go on to the third area. Your final Mr. Prog is just over that
funny bridge to the northwest of the 'sea' entrance. Jack out and report
back to the Scilab guy.

Request 24: Do Something!

Go to Seaside Town and down to the Fish Stick stand. Talk to the
manager, then Jack into the stand to dispatch the four Kettle viruses
that have infected the computer. They'll only react to fire, so pack some
good fire-based chips and go wild on them.
Report back to the manager.

Request 25: Want to Meet Daughter

Go to Sky HP and talk to the Punk navi there - what the? HE'S the
requestor? Didn't see that one coming... anyway, go to Green Area2
and talk to the girl navi by that huge tree. Now go back to the Sky HP
and talk to our requestor. Take the top exit and beat up the two Punk
navis there. Now go back to the requestor and collect our reward.

Visit Classroom 6-2, plug into the blackboard. Talk to the Normal navi
there. He wants three chips: Fanfare Z, Discord S, Timpani T.
Fanfare and Discord can be found in ACDC Area, but Timpani can only
be found in Undernet Zero - but usually in the wrong code.
Once you get a Timpani chip, you can order it from the chip shop in the
correct code. Now go back to the requestor.

Request 27: Track The Criminal

We need to get to Seaside. Talk to the guy in the brown suit next to the
water machine, once we're done with that, run over to the guy in the
green shirt and talk with him three times. Go back to the guy in the
brown suit.
Go up to the vending machine by the LevBus station, get the coffee,
and then go back down to where the guy in the brown suit is again.
Head through the door by the FshStkSp Comp and continue on until we
get to find the green shirt guy. Talk to him and Jack into the comp
behind him.
Head through the area and emerge in Central Area2. Knock the Punk
navi's heads together, get the data, and then go back to the requestor.

Go to Classroom 1-1, Jack into the board. Talk to the Normal navi there.
The PA in question is the Poison Pharaoh, which consists of Poison
Seed P, Poison Seed P, Anubis P. Sky Area1's has a BugFrag Trader
who'll sell you the Poison Seed Ps, and Anubis P is found in the
Graveyard's PMD.
Basically, just use the PA and then talk to to the green navi.

Head on over to Sky Town, go up the elevator, and then go down the
straight path. Enter the room, and jack into the
main computer. Talk to the NetPolice guy there, and then battle the
image data of WWW navis you've fought through the game. It's the V1
version, so at our level it's like taking out Mettaur viruses...
Talk to the NetPolice guy and get your reward.

Go to Classroom 1-1 and talk to the old lady there. Now jack into the net
and go to Undernet 2, climb to the top of the "skull" which is where the
Undernet BBS is, and examine the center tile between the two flames
to find what you're looking for. (If you want to see the top part of
Undernet2, use Megaboy's Game Maps. It will look like a skull)
Talk to the lady, get your reward, and watch her disappear >_>

Request 31: One More Time.

Go and talk to the kid who lives on the southern part of Central Town.
Now go to Green Town and talk to the person minding the flower shop.
Hop over to ACDC Town and exchange words with the old lady outside
of Yai's house. Now go back to the flower shop, collect your item, and
go back to the kid.
Reward: Srial Data (Charge Max NCP blue lotto #)

Request 32: Support Chip Please

Head on up to that huge orange orb above Sky Town and talk to the
navi there (she must be in a copybot). The chips we need are
Recovery80 H, Geddon A, BubbleWrap Q, Attack +30* and Discord S.
Recovery80 H can be bought from Asterland's chip order, Discord can
be found in ACDC Area, you can trade a Panel Return for a Geddon on
Sky Town HP, and we have to give up our Attack +30 that we got from
the PMD in ACDC Area...
Now, go back to the requestor.

Request 33: Negotiate!

Rating: 4 stars
This one's a long one, so get ready. Basically, go to Sky Town and
head to the room where Mr. Weather is located. Just outside of the
door, along the right , is our requestor. Talk to him, then go to jack into
Mr. Weather. Talk to the Punk navi in the first area and accept his
errand.
Take the letter to the Punk navi hanging out by the Cybeast statues in
Undernet1. Go back to the Punk in Mr. Weather and talk to him. Now
head to the Pink navi in Green Area2, she's in the Net Cafe. Now go
back to the Punk in Mr. Weather, talk to him and jack out.
Go all the way to Green Town and jack into the Judge Tree. In the third
area is an Aqua navi. Talk to him and free him, then go back to Sky
Town. Talk to our requestor then jack into Mr. Weather and go to the
third area. Defeat the Punk navi and we're done.
Talk to the requestor for our hard earned reward.

Go to the Aquarium in Seaside Town and drop by the Shark tank. Talk
to Mr. Famous where he has a set of 20 straight virus battles for you to
slog through!

Go to Green HP and talk to the NetPolice there. Jack out and go to the
statue in front of the flower shop. Jack in and prepare for ten virus
battles, then talk to the Punks. When you delete them all, go back to
the requestor.
Reward: Soul Emblem (Tango NCP green lotto #)

Since you've completed all 35 Requests, you receive a phone call. It
is.....Chaud!. He will tell you to go to Classroom 6-1 (your classroom),
to go against Protoman's "true form". When you fight Protoman, he
will be in his FZ form.
