where i get this chip ? i read u can trade it on an city hp but is there anoher form ?

Justice One J can be traded with the blue navi in ACDC Area. You need to trade Big Bomb to
get this chip. In order to make the navi appear, trade with other navis to reach the last
one to trade with.

Note: This blue navi in ACDC Area is the last one.

So you want #141, #166 and #111, huh? Ok, I'll help!

#141: Little Boiler 3 - You know where you can find Chargeman, right? The starting point
where Chargeman is the one you use (As a Linknavi, of course!). The Vending Machine
Computer is where you can find this virus. Battle it and get its chip as soon as possible.

#166: Grab Banish - This is not hard to find. This chip is in Mr. 2 Weather Computer Green
Mystery Data (Not in Battle)

#111: Meteors - This one's easy. This is in Graveyard. When you enter a virus battle with
a Green Mystery Data in it, make sure you get a S rank because sometimes it contains the
Meteors chip.

#101 = SumnBlk2 =Green mystrery data from PavilionComp4 (I don't know its specific place)

#8 - #102 - Was said by pop001. Thankz for the support!

#114: Aqua Needle 3 - This virus is in Graveyard Area. Get a S Rank on this battle and
maybe you can get this chip.

#123: Heat Dragon - This is a very complicated one. Just find the virus called "Earth
Dragon" in Underground Area 1. Get a S rank for this virus and maybe you can get the chip.

#125: Aqua Dragon - Find this dragon in Graveyard. Once again, Get a S rank and you will
be able to get this chip. (sometimes)

#126: Wood Dragon - This is also in Graveyard. Get a S rank and the chip is yours.

#129: Golem Hit 3 - Also in Graveyard. S rank for the chip.

#138: Rock Cube - This one's easy. Get this inside of a Green Mystery Data (Not in a Virus
Battle) in Green Area. I'm not sure what number but I know you can explore it on your own.

#28: Bubble Star 3 - Find the virus "Starfish 3" in Graveyard Area or the Palivion
Computer 1. Get a S rank and maybe you can get the chip.

#166: Grab Banish - This one's easy. Find this in Mr. Weather Computer 2 in a Green
Mystery Data. It sometimes appears.

It's hard but...

I can help you...
You can ether use elec cross,slash cross or charge cross...
You have to be careful of ba-ss' attacks and move quickly!
When ba-ss is not on the middle right, attack ba-ss quickly or ba-ss will use his machine
gun...

Fight!:
1st chip is for GREAT HIT! When Ba-ss is Inside the bubble, Use Electricity of Elec man

2nd chip is for counter attack! When Ba-ss is about to attack, Hit it and Elec attack.If
you can't counter him, wait for the gauge to be full and let him have it!

3rd chip is for Protection! If you activate that, Pls. don't hit it.Let Ba-ss Hit it

4th chip is to Trap (OF COURSE!) If Ba-ss has Half Life (Volume 8.LoL) He sometimes
attack Fire!

5th chip is for Counter Attack (What Else!) Ba-ss will go Middle Left and attacks Sword
(It's like a Life Sword) If you didn't see that, your life will be flawless!

6th chip is like the first chip (Same Ins.)
