Why cant i get Sp chips even i already defeated thier sp form

Attack Value


This is an addition for pizzaboy's answer.

Defeating an SP navi under 10 seconds will raise their attack power to max. The attack of
SP Navi Chips can be increased depending on the Deletion Record.

Heatman SP - 160-260 attack value
Elecman SP - 160-210 attack value
Slashman SP - 120-220 attack value
Eraseman SP - 160-210 attack value
Chargeman SP - 80-130 attack value
Blastman SP - 150-250 attack value
Diveman SP - 170-270 attack value
Circusman SP - 30-55 attack value
Judgeman SP - 140-190 attack value
Elementman SP - 140-240 attack value
Protoman SP - 190-290 attack value
Colonel SP - 200-300 attack value

Deletion Record is located in Start Menu: "MEGAMAN".
