The easiest way to beat Devilbat Shilt is to repeatedly hit him with a fully charged Recoil Rod. Just keep hitting him until he dies. Trust me, this helps, I did this and you will stop him from whatever attack he was doing( except when he does the attack when he shoots the sonic waves that bounce off the walls). You can do this with any chip, and I'm serious. I beat Devilbat Shilt before any other boss using this trick. Good luck to you gamers!!!
