where is nebula area

after finish the game, jack to undernet area 2, go to undernet area 3, you will see there
have another road at your left side, go to there, you will go to undernet area 2 again, if
you follow the road, you will see a yellow navi, talk to him, he will open a dark hole,
when you go in, you will walk in nebula area, and you will have another libration there.

I beat the game protoman but still there isnt a way for me to get to the nebula area

jack in at nebula base message BBS and there'll be a secret path in undernet 2 go through
to undernet 1 have 100 standard chips and the gold mr. program will open it for u p.s. the
viruses will be LVL 2 ex. mettaur2/EX. And also u will start a liberation mission so be
ready.
