U NEED TO GO TO PLACE U FIGHT WITH TEMARI BEFORE U JUMP TO THE ARENA U LOOK UNDER

but how do u get there

in the place where you battle temari the academy part1 when you get to figth the green
minobi [there are two ofthem ]the last one near temari dont jump yet theres aplace where
you can crawl you take the scroll and you can do this 3 times only
