Is this a bug ?


I went to mahagony town , and i bought the ragecandy bar , slowpoke tail and another item ( forgot what name but bought at the same place as slowpoke tail ) . Then i went to lake of rage and caught the red gyarados and talked to lance , Then i went with him to the hideout and cleared the place killing all 6 electroude . After which i went to the gym and obtained the badge . So what should i do now ? I want to go to the next city but a guy said he is clearing up and don't bother him . According to some walkthroughs , i am supposed to receive a phone call from prof elm which i didn't , could this be a bug because i aren't suppose to buy the slowpoke tail etc. , do i need to toss or sell them to solve the problem or is there another method besides restarting ?

Heres what you do. You go through routes 38 and 39 and then you will reach Olivine City.
Put in a answer if you know this please. How do you get the HM waterfall? Thanks, have a

HM 07


HM 07 (Waterfall) is found in the Ice Path on the east end of Route 44.

After you clear the large ice field on the first floor, go straight across to the smaller
ice field. From the top square, go:

- Right
- Up
- Left
- Down
- Right, pick up the HM, then:
- Left
- Up
- Right
- Up
- Right
- Down
- Right
- Up
- Left
- Down
- Left

...and you're out. You'll need the badge from Blackthorn City Gym in order to use
Waterfall outside of battle.

try going to the goldenrod city radio tower and finish the mission then you can now go to
the ice path
