for the past... i dont know month i have been looking for entei ALL over johto and cant find him/her/it can someone tell me his pattern of routes.

There isn't one


Unfortunately, there is no pattern; Entei's movements are random. However, it does have
something of a tendency to follow the routes in numerical order, but there is nothing to
guarantee this.

If you have seen Entei before, you can track it in the Pokedex using the "Area" function.
