in the forest after azelea town (i forget what its called) there is a guy with green hair.
he will give it to you. you need to have CUT before you can get through the forest and to
that guy though.
to get CUT there is a guy in the 1st part of the forest who is complaining about loosing
his farfetch'd. walk through and you will see it, keep chasing it and it eventually goes
back to him. his boss will be there and give you CUT.

oh yeah you need to have beaten the gym and team rocket in azelea town first. to be able
to get into the well to beat team rocket you have to go see the guy who makes poke balls
out of apricorns.
