i call BS on the guy that says he has them at level 150 and above. simply because you cant
get them over level 100.....***

To get Dragonite Trasin a Dratini to level 30 it evolves to Dragonair. level 56 it evolves
to dragonite. Dratini isn't rare, you can get it from the old lady who gives you a test
about pokemon raising. Simply after getting the badge go back and talk to her, you will
get it. I recommend that you give Dratini everstone, cause it learn hyperbeam in level 57.
If it evolves to Dragonite you'll have to wait for level 70.

i heard its lvl 55 before dragonair evolves however the advice sounds dead awesome.
got it on diamond version at lvl 60
