You lack common sense!!! just go back to the buliding at the end of victory road where the guys ask's to see your badges and then two karate guys block the left and right halls beat the elite four and when you come back the'll be gone and then take the right hall it takes you straight to viridian city and then go up through the route at the top part of town and it'll take you to pewter city!!!
