Well, u have to beat Bugsy, the Azalea Town GYM Leader, then, Go to Ilex Forest..(U may have to battle your Rival first.) Then you'll see some guy who will say that his Boss's Farfetched is gone in the forest, chase that crazy bird back to him..(u press A to chase it) then go to that guy when the bird is with him.talk to that guy again and he'll talk to you about how he really needed the Farfetched, then he'll give u HM CUT!!!
