Only at night, go to silver cave at the room before where Red/Ash is, deafeat all the monsters that appear and eventually a lvl 45 Misdreavus will appear. I tried it before and it worked but it might take some time. Good luck.

Yes , i saw that some1 had gotten the gs ball before by having stadium and gold version
but it was the games mistake as the things battery had been releplaced and it wouldnt let
him take it on gold cos its a teru sa their , you do not get the gs ball in g/s nly
crystal, that doesnt mean you cannot get celebi in g/s i have before 2 times in both games
btw , its very hard to do, even when you he the gs ball ometimes getting kurt to take it
is aa nightmare itself but i think the prof says wow the gs ball and you get to take it
back from him instead and put it in the shrine , ive defo got the teru sama az mystery
