catch a poliwag and evolve twice. (politoed-poliwrath) make sure it knows hpynosis then
use hpynosis on lugia then hurt it till its in the red zone (HP) then use a heavy ball on
it or ultra ball. until its captured congrantiolations you have lugia.<table
