Unlockable - How to get the 3 Regis, Regirock (377), Regice (378), Registeel (379)
First you have to unlock the Regis by going to the Sealed Chamber on the left of Pacidifilog Town. You will need a Relcanth, a Wailord, a poke'mon(s) that know how to Dive, Surf, and Dig. Once you get on the big sandbar, go to the far left and top of it. Then go 2 spaces down. If this is right you should land in a dive spot. Then go to the whan end of the underwater cave and when you get to the Brillae, go up you should be taken to a cave. Go the the top and middle of the code and Dig. Go to the end of the cave and put Relcanth in the first place in your party and Wailord in the last. Then there should be a earthquake and a message should appear.
