Unlockable - Rare POKeMON

Go to the safari zone in Lilycove City and you get 30 POKe BALLS you dont fight. Just catch as many Rare POKeMON as you can.
*NOTE* choose get closer and if it says its watchingyou carefully throw a ball.
*NOTE* If it doesnt work the 1st time try again until you get it
*NOTE* It cost $500 to get in...
