how to open the cave at battle frontier

First, go get a Wailmer Pail from the Flower Shop south from Rustbro City, then fly back to the Battle Frontier. Go to the Battle Palace you should see a brown tree, head over there. Use the Wailmer Pail on the tree, a Lv. 40 Sudowodo will appear, defet it. Then the path will be clear, use surf on the water and keep going until you reach the cave. You will find wild pokemon in the cave that you might be interested in.

Yo how do you get a Corphish? I heard its to the route by mauville to the left by using super rods, but i aint tried it yet.

how do u get feebas? i've been trying to catch it w/ no luck. and what do u have to do to catch it? and by that i mean do u need to use a rod (in which case, which rod?) or do u have to swim till u run into it?
