you trade 1 of eevee to R/S/E and make them adores you in R/S/E(no in FR/LG)
then if you want more ,breed it first.
ok,
now them adores you
don't up them lv if that time is no pokemon that you want

am=umbreon
pm=espeon

if you want (exp)espeon
make it adores you
wait until time that you want
and up it 1lv

it will evolution
