Easter Egg - Manectric mess up

When fighting Gym Leader Wattson his Manectric faces away instead of inward so when he uses Howl his @$$ stretches more than his face as if he was trying to say, "I can't do this, I don't have opposable thumbs. Please help me its already getting itchy. Here's some T.P., now hurry up!"
