As you know feebas and milotic are two of the most hardest pokemon to get in hoen so today i am going to tell you how to get a feebas and a milotic.
P.S. i tested it so it works.
to get feebas:
1st: you have to go to route 119.
2nd: in route 119 you will see a big river, use surf anf surf in the river.
3rd: have a super or good road doesn't matter but i sugest you use super road.
4th: while your surfing go to every title of water and use super road and eventually you will find feebas.
P.S. i sugest when you find feebas use again super road on the same water title to catch more in case you fail to get milotic, feebas are found in six water title in that river, so yeah it is pretty hard to get it, so get yourself prepared for a tough search.
to get milotic:
after you get feebas increase feebas beauty to maximum, i am going to tell you what berries you should use to make a good pokeblock.
1st: defeat the elite four (so you can do the cloning glitch, i posted in hints how to clone items so go there if you don't know how to clone and see, you don't need to clone or defeat the elite four to have milotic but it is easier to clone the berrie so you don't have to, you know search for many berries.)
2nd: have a pamtre berrie or a kelpsi berrie.
3rd: clone them ( you just need like 12 of each berrie (pamtre and kelpsi berrie 12 of each) and have at least two feebas if your not sucesseful raising its beauty to maximum)
4th: take the berries and make pokeblocks (by pokeblocks i mean take those two berries and make pokeblocks out of them) (go to lylicove city to make good pokeblocks)
5th: after you make like 7 pokeblocks of the berries i told you, your good to go, feed them to feebas and if it's beauty is at full capacity raise it one level and it will evolve into milotic.

if your like me use the cloning cheat to clone rare candy's and give it to milotic to raise it's level to 100 and there you have a strong milotic.
P.S. teach milotic surf and milotic will learn those following moves by itself i am going to tell you
safequard
water pulse
hidro pump
let milotic stay with those moves and teach him surf, since milotic's beauty is at ful capacity go to a beauty contest and win all the ranks and you will have a painting of milotic at lilycove museum.
P.S. before some stupid guy asks me what the "kk" mean it means "ok" kk just my way of saying ok in other version.
