Hints - See Munchlax

After you complete the battle frontier prof birch will call you to say come here quick there is an unknown pokemon in my lab, go there and munchlax will be there, if you go up to it will make a sound and run out of the lab. Prof birch then says if you catch that pokemon please come show me it. Catching it is a bit like trying to find the Latis. It will be at level 30 with the attacks crunch, stockpile, swallow and stomp.
