just something i found out, no real good uses to it...

I really dont know how to get feebas and got it by trade from my friend, but i do know how to get milotic, and this is sort of like a checklist:

1)your feebas needs to be one of these natures: modest, mild, quiet, rash
2)you need to max out you feebas' beauty by feeding it blue pokeblocks, which can be made using berries with dry flavours.
3)almost max beauty is not good enough, you need to completely max out its beauty.
4)finally, lvl up your feebas and it will hopefully evolve and you will have a milotic.

First, Save in front of the legendary, then battle it
& there is a cheat to do it it is battle it & lose about
20-30 times (and after you lose, turn it off then back on)
And Voila! Shiny Legendary!!!

When you get to the top of sky pillar save your game ten go up to raquaza from behind the send it to sleep then use an ultra ball or ignore that and use a master ball but if you want to catch rikou id use a ultra ball

Once u mix records with a friend go to parter up mode by urself in battle tower and ur friend
might be thier sometimes

with registeel and slasher (one of his pokemons)
