Ok First Beat the Elite 4.
Then Go To the Battle Tower
Put The Pokemon You want To multiply in the PC and Make Sure there is Free Slots in your Party Depending on how many pokemon you want to Multiply At once. (max= 5)
Then Save Game.
Withdraw Your Pokemon Then Talk To the Lady nearest to The PC.
When She Says save the game You have to off your game Half way through Saving.

I have all 3 regi's, rayquaza, kyogre, groudon, gorebyss and huntail.

to get Huntail&Gorebyss: you need - someone to trade with
- a clamperall [found underwater]
- a deep sea scale/tooth the other person needs the other one [if you get the deep sea scale they need the deep sea tooth]

1. give the deep sea scale/tooth to your clamperall and the person u trade with do the same to there clamperall.
2. trade them over and they will evolve.
3. trade back untill u get the one u want. if u have the one u want to start off with then trade anyway so ure pokedex lists u have both.

Groudon&Kyoger - they're no mystery its easy to solve how to get them.

Rayquaza - is found on top of the sky pillar. in i think route 129. u have to have beaten the elite 4 [E4] and u need a mach bike, master ball/heaps of ultra,great,pokeballs. and a tough team.

regiice,regirock,registeel - they're in acient ruins.

regiice -under the sea [the pokemon emerald guide book give u meanings of braile and the route] you need a wailord and a relicanth.

regirock - found near fortree.

registeel - the desert above mauville city.

HELPFULL- one of the caves.. regirocks or registeels braille reads that u run around the walls of the cave 3 times untill the door opens / were the braille is. one makes u use flash and rocksmash

regiice's braille reads that u dive.

First buy some ultra balls u will see some pretty decent pokes (like Sudowoodo,Smeargle) an no need to buy repels for the water unless u r going into the cave buy as much as u can and also have ur strongest pokes with u and a repel tag on ur poke (with the cloning cheat) so u can repel them because they wot stop coming and also i forgot to tell u that there is a fossil the in the very middle berried first 5 that comment me i will tell u wat poke it is

First u have to go to this boy by a tree.the type that says "if some vines drop down,this tree can be climbed" kinda looks like a pine tree...on route 111.north side of the desert to route 113 to fallabor u see a boy standing by that tree and staring at it then go up to him and click the button A. and thats about it he'll give u the move secret power and tell u can make your own base cool huh. try it on the tree where that boy was.

Go to battle tower. deposit a pokemon holding a rare candy to an empty box. exit pc. save. withdraw pokemon. talk to link multi battle lady. challenge lvl 50 or open challenge. pick 2 pokemon (doesn't matter who). when she asks if you want to save, say yes. when she says are you sure, say no. turn off game. turn back on and check pc. you should have a clone of the pokemon and another rare candy. repeat.

After you defeated the Elite Four, go to the Upgraded Safari Zone. In the Safari, you can catch some GSC Pokemon such as Houndour, Aipom, Stantler, Mareep, Miltank, and more GSC Pokemon. This Unlockable works only in Pokemon Emerald.

Ok here's what you do. When you're using the "move pokemon" mode in the pc, press select to make the glove orange. Then, you should notice that when you press A on a pokemon you automatically pick it up, right? This time, press and HOLD A on a pokemon, and the pokemon should become a little white. Keeping A held down, move your glove around the box, and more pokemon will become white! After all of the pokemon you want are white, release a and all of the pokemon you selected should pop up! Move over to different boxes as you used to except now you can move more than one pokemon for easier use! Hope this helped!

How to get the mystery event you have to go to petalburg pokecenter and talk to the guy next to the p.c. and say mystery event is exciting it will not work right away but save game after you do it

8. Click the following: Challenge, Open level, choose any two pokemon, say yes yes then no
9. Turn off immediatly.

When you turn back on you should have cloned pokemon

First off youll need to unlock the caves.to get the first thing you need you will have to get the super rod from mossdeepand go fishing and catch a wailmer level it up to 40 any way u want. then go to sootopolis city dive in the water go outside the place where the seaweed is well you wont find it easily but you have to catch relicanth and he doesnt need to be a certain lvl. then put waillord in the first slot of your party and relicanth last.in pacifilodge there are some rapids find the right one that leads you to an area where u can dive. oh before u do all this i guess theres something about getting dig from a boyin fallabar town u have to beat the pokemon league fist(i suppose i never tried to get it before i beat the pokemon league) teach it to a pokemonin your party it doesnt matter who.then go to the place in the rapids where u dive in go in the water then swim into the the place where theres brail on the wall and press b to go up when u do there should be braill everywhere go up to the top part of the cave and use dig it should open up go through and go up farther and press a on the wall a earth quake should happenand they should open up all the caves

I jus beat him with a lvl 79 raquaza with fly,waterfall,outrage, and hyper beam:lvl 73 groudon with solarbeam,fireblast,fissure,rest: and a lvl 74 Kyogre with hydro pump,shear cold, surf, double-edge with a few hyper pots and leppa berries/elixir/ether

I Have A Full Proof Way To Hatch Eggs. First After You Get the Egg, Put it in the first slot in your Party. Then Put Slugma Or Magcargo in the Second Slot and the mother in the Third (unless its a ditto, then put the fater in the third) And the fater in the Forth. And Make sure there are no More pokemon in you party. Go All the way down to the Beach Next to Mallvile and go to the rock right by the Water. It's A straight Line All the way to Vanduft Town. If You Follow those Directions The Egg Shold Hatch In About 10-15min.

First go to the battle tower in the battle frontier. go to your pc and deposit the pokemon you want to clone then save. withdraw your pokemon that you deposited and go talk to the lady on the far right. say challeng then pick open level. now choose two pokemon. put the pokemon that you want to clone first then any other pokemon. she'll ask you if she can save the game. say "yes" and wait till the regular save part pops up.(just like as if you're really saving your game) but this time press b when this shows up and turn off the game. turn the game back on and you'll see the pokemon that you wanted to clone in your team. go to your pc and there's another one! don't believe me? well i have 30 celebis,30 rayquazas,30 groudons,30 kyogres,30 latias' and lots more.

At battle frontier(after u beat the elite 4 and become champ)u go at the point where a waterfall is and u see a tree with 2 green stems click it and it'll move !OMG! lol any hoo use the wailmer pail and it will say"the whatever tree does not like the water" then it attacks then u use a pokemon to weaken it and actually i used a ultra ball some people say u have u a ultra ball. yay right ! So any hoo u have to SAVE IT SO IF U ACCIDENTLY KILL IT or it escapes plus i would get a pokemon to trap it in so it can't flee or fled or run. thanks for looking and taking your time please rate me good or exellent if u have any questions add comment thanks.(must be logged)

First you will need a Wailoard and a relicanth(in your party) and a pkmn that knows surf and dive and cut
after you have that go to Pacificlog town and go with the current near the bottom of it you should at least see a part where you can dive try and get there
if you land there use dive and look around there should be a cave somewhere go in and then go up(use dive again to go to the surface) there should be a wierd writting on a wall ahead of you use cut this should open it. go in and you should hear some kinda sound and it should shake then you will have to go hunt for the regis

one is in the desert sandstorm area another is between deford city and the 3rd city you came from(sry dont know the route) the third is to the right and down down down of the tree city

thats all the regis and remember if you have diamond pearl or the newest platinum you can migrate the regis to your game and get Regigas

To get new parts in safari zone just beat the elite 4 and go back to safari zone and go above where you start out in safari zone. there you can find and catch johto pokemon like wooper,and stantler.

Most websites that have cheats, hints, secrets, glitches, etc., DO NOT test them before they are posted! Never do a cheat that looks suspicous. For instance...
You CANNOT get ANY rare pokemon in Pokemon Emerald without using a gameshark or through nintendo event! (With the exception of Latias, Latios, the 3 regis, Rayquaza, Kyogre, and Groudon). And just for the record, the famous "rocket launch" glitch where you get Deoxys and/or Jirachi DOES NOT work! It has been proven, people, so just give it up, please...
Do not try ANY cheat that says the words "restart your game" in it. These don't work-- people are just trying to trick you into losing your game that you worked so hard on.
Here are some secrets I know, for a fact, DO work. I tested them ALL!!!
1) The glitch where you clone your pokemon in emerald at the Battle Frontier does work! There have been reports of people losing their pokemon, however, so be careful and follow instructions carefully.
2) Telling the Berry Master's wife special phrases DO give you rare berries~ But you can only tell her these phrases once per game, and as a result, you can only get one rare berry per game. So get planting!

After you have beaten the Elite Four go to the Meteor falls and climb up the waterfall. Go to the new room that opened. You'll notice that there is a room there now go into the room. In the room you'll see Steven, talk to him and you will fight Steven but be warn his pokemon are very powerful.

Talk to the Berry Master's wife, and tell her these codes:
