You can only get it from a download via special event (which are rare now) or use an
action replay or similar cheating device, sorry

to get the mystic ticket, you need to have gone to the event that occurred last year or
so, so you can't get it from event but if you mix records with someone who has a
legit(real) mystic ticket, you will also get one.
i haven't tried to get a hacked one, but i doubt it'll work, but it's worth a try.
