Coin case

How do I get the coin case... It told me to go tot he girl next door, but all she says is if she had a bike she could go shopping at harbour mall.!

PLEASE HELP!!!

Unregistered 0	0 Relax. OK. Listen to me closely. First get a bike ( 'cause its faster) and ride down to Slateport. Go to the Pokemon Shop there and buy one harbour mail. Ride back to Mauville and talk to the girl who wants the harbour mail. She will want to trade her coin case for your harbour mail. Accept.
