on emerald the only way to cheat is with an ar but i do know this:
CLONING GLITCH
# Go to the Battle Tower.
# Deposit the Pokémon that will be cloned into a box, preferably an empty one.
# Save the game through the normal method.
# Withdraw the Pokémon from the box. Make sure that you don't deposit any Pokémon during
this step because you will most definitely lose it!
# Talk to the nearest receptionist to the PC.
# Enter any competition, and when the lady asks you to save, select "Yes". There should be
a short pause before the real save screen appears. Restart the game system after the
pause. If one restarts during the pause, it may corrupt one's save data, but this will not
ruin a player's save file. If a player allows the game to save, then the cloning will not
work.

1.ok go to the battle frontier
2.go to the battle tower
3.go to the pc and deposite th pokemon that u want to clone in (box 9)!!only can clone 4
exit out of the pc and save the game
4.go on the pc and take out the pokemon that u deposited then go to the ladie at the far
right
5.thengo to open level then when it says saven the game turn the game off!!!
6.then look in ur party u have the real pokemon in ur party in ur pc u have the cloned
ones::HAPPY CLONIN :)
