Ok, get a level 38 wobbuffet and use max repel. keep walking through hoenn with a ton of
max repels until you found the one you chose(red-Latias blue-Latios). he cant escape,
because of shadow tag. keep using mirror coat 'til his hp is low. if he dies, make sure
you save b4 you leave on your adventure. if he faints, reset. use like 32 ultras and then
use potions if needed.If none of the ultras work, use 32 timers. Once you catch it, then
you have done half of the job.

Mix records with sapphire/ruby that used an eon ticket(i think).You will be transfered to
another island with the other lati you never chose. it is 10 levels higher then it's twin.
make sure you train wobbuffet to level 48 or use a different pokemon because it won't
flee. Save just in case i'm wrong about fleeing. the catch rate of catching it is 5 i
think.Once you caught it, congratulations you have the twin lati's!
