is there any easy level up tips apart from goin to the elite 4 i need to train a lv59 sceptile,lv8 poochyena, lv23 metang,lv55 blaziken and a lv30 Kecleon

Yup there is easy level up
I'll get Pikachu for example
Give Exp.share to your pokemon
Let it be first in the party
Train it on a good place (For exp. Pikachu is to be trained on the sea, where is a lot of
Water/Flying pokemon or trainers with pokemon those type.)
It works that is how I get my Pikachu on FireRed from level 27 to level 41
OK I can tell good places for some of your pokemon..
Sceptile: Sea (or any other place with a water-type pokemon)
Poochyena: Mt.Pyre (But try get it to level 20 first)
Blaziken: Anywhere you can find lots of Gr*** type pokemon
