You must have pokemon above level 40, about 40 Ultra balls and thats all. Go to them,
battle them untill they got less than 100 HP (when their HP colours red) Throw Ultra balls
then. Use Sing or Thunder wave if you can. Then throw ultra balls like crazy. That's all

after u beat the elite 4 go to the weather instute(near fortree) talk to the dude on the
top floor then he will tell u either theres a lot of sunshine or a lot of rain in a
certain area. go to that area & around there somewhere groudon/kyogre will be waiting 4 u.
they will be at level 70 so good luck!

use net balls on kygore. I saw someone on youtube catch kygore in 15 net balls. also use
curse. any bannete in the sky pillar or any shuppet in near lilycove city will have curse.
But here's a warning, curse nearly takes 1/4 of the legendary health so watch out!
and if you want to use curse, paralyze it or make it fall asleef before catching it.

WRONG!!!! groudon will not be affected by thunder wave

I used dive balls on kyogre (worx nicely) and ultra balls on groudon (50% 50%) make sure u
saved b4 u fought em' if u run out then restart it, hope that helped!

I aslo wrote the easy way to catch kygore so i advise you to read it. Easy way fro
groundon is to
get a lv82 altaria. Altaria takes up to 20 damage from groudon attacks and i saw a lv82
altaira that knew false swipe. Give altaia a dire hit and a x accuracy)for sing) and good
luck!
