It depends. Lugia is a phsyic flying type, ho-oh is a fire flying. Ether way u need a
eletric pokemon.

To get them you must put them in a status condition like Sleep, Poisoned, Frozen &
Paralyzed.

Lugia will dealt great damage to the enemy if the type is: Poison, Bug, Grass & Fighting.

Lugia's opponent will dealt great damage to Lugia if the opponents type is: Dark, Ghost,
Electric, Rock & Ice.

Ho-oh will dealt great damage to its opponent if the type is: Grass, Bug, Ice & Steel.

Ho-oh's opponent will dealt great damage to Ho-oh if the opponent type is:Water, Electric,
Rock.

some damage will always happen whenever a cheat code is used. Action replay and gameshark
will do damage to you game
