to get fly you have to defeat the may or brandon and she/he will give you hm fly

to get hm surf you have to defeat the fifth gym leader your father norman

to get strength you have to go to rusturf tunnel and use rock smash on one of the rocks
and the boy will give you hm strength

ok well u get fly from may on route 119 dont remember really when but anyways dive is in mossdeep and steven gives it to u at his house(thats where u can also take the beldum) u should get surf from wally's parents (i think) strenth u get it after u get that weirdo to his girlfriend wanda in rusturf tunnel and flash just go to granite cave talk to the loser standing there right when u walk in and he will say its dark and u need some kind of light and he gives u hm05 i'm canadian EH?!? lol see ya hope this helps

You have to go to the loser,boring,and idoit city called Fortree city whitch is west of my favorit city of the pokemon world called Mauvill city. Then you surf west of mauvill city then when you see a sandy shore get on it then you go west of the tall grass until you see a trail then when you see the trail go up the trail.WARNING:there is a cooltrainer ready to battle you.After you battle him go until you see tall tall grass.WARNING:you can not have a bike at all and there is trainers there, so dodge the trainers but get out out of the grass and go up the trail.Or you have a Gameshark and use the cheatcode warp to fortree city.
