AND GO UP THE CABLE CAR THEN GO DOWN THE HILL WITH ACRO BIKE IS BEST AND U WILL SEE A
CAVE THAT WAS NOT THERE B4 AND THATS THE SECRET BASE BUT U WILL NEED THE HM STREMGTH TO
MIVE THE BOULDERS.HOPE I HELPED:)

first u have to go up that cable car thing in lavaridge town, then go down the mountain,
then it'll say some cave opened, thats team magmas hideout, beat that whole thing (its
pretty big), after that, the guards arent guna move but they will say he went to go steal
a submarine, then go to the harbour in slateport and talk to the guy outside of it, then
go back to the hideout in lilycove and the 2 guards should be gone.
